Destinations

At this point purchases made from HPF Shop and completed through the checkout process are only able to be shipped to addresses inside Australia.  If you are elsewhere in the world and would like to purchase something please contact us to see if arrangements can be made.

Shipping Method

Where possible all deliveries are made by Australia Post Parcel Post.  Delivery via this method can be made to PO Boxes, or addresses with nobody home.

Item Pickup

Pickup of some items may be available.  Please contact us for more information.

Delivery Time

Delivery of most items if in stock are usually made within 3-5 business days, however delivery to Western Australia and Northern Territory may be 8-10 business days.  Please allow extra time around public holidays or holiday periods.

Delivery Costs

Cost of delivery is calculated as part of the shopping cart facility of this site.  This calculation uses Australia Posts information on shipping and is based on delivery location, size of parcel and weight.

Returned Parcels

Australia Post may return parcels to us if the address was insufficient, unknown person at address, if it is refused or unclaimed.  Should this occur we will contact you via the contact details provided as part of the checkout process.

Please be aware that resending these parcels will incur a charge towards the additional postage costs, based on standard Australia Post freight fees.  Where the address is confirmed as 100% correct we will resend the parcel at our expense. Please remember to include the company name if the goods are being delivered to a business address.

We do not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, however we will do all we can to recover the parcel on your behalf.  HPF will hold returned parcels for a period of 4 weeks and will attempt contact a minimum of three times. Where we are unable to make contact with you, the order will be cancelled and a credit placed on your account for the amount of the goods only. This credit can be used towards another order.
